If you forget your password you can click Forgot Password on the login interface and a super-password will be emailed to you if an email address has been setup prior. See Email Settings.
If you do not have an email address setup, please contact your installer for help with resetting the password. You will need the system date which is displayed at the top of the screen during live view and the device's serial number. The serial number is 8 digits long made up of 3 letters followed by 5 numbers. This can be found on the barcode label on the recorder or by selecting Info in the Live View menu (right click). In the Info menu look for the P2P ID. The serial number is the last 8 digits of the P2P ID code.
Default Password
The default user for the Zip recorder is admin and the default password is 555555.
