EASTER 2026 PROMOTION

Reward: Store credit equal to the full value of 1 in every 10 qualifying orders
Eligibility: All customers (new and existing)
This promotion is operated by System Q Ltd (Company No. 02885616), Units 4a & 4b, Egstow Park, Clay Cross, Chesterfield, S45 9UZ (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “System Q”).
1. The promotion runs from 00:01 on 31 March 2026 to 23:59 on 13 April 2026 (UK time). Only orders placed and confirmed during this period will qualify.
2. We reserve the right to extend, shorten, or withdraw the promotion at any time by giving reasonable notice (for example, by updating our website or notifying customers by email). Any orders already selected before such change will still be honoured.
3. The promotion is open to all customers, whether new or existing, who place an order with System Q during the Promotion Period.
4. Orders may be placed through any channel: our website, by telephone, by email, or at our trade counter.
5. You do not need to do anything extra to enter. Every qualifying order placed during the Promotion Period is automatically included.
6. Employees of System Q Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.
7. During the Promotion Period, we will select 1 in every 10 orders to receive store credit equal to the full net value of that order (excluding VAT, delivery charges, and any items subsequently returned or cancelled).
8. How orders are selected: Qualifying orders are selected at the sole discretion of System Q. We do not use a fixed pattern (e.g. every 10th order) or random draw. Instead, we review orders across the Promotion Period and select qualifying orders to ensure an overall ratio of approximately 1 in 10 is maintained by the end of the promotion. This means the timing and sequence of selections may vary.
9. There is no maximum order value. Any order placed during the Promotion Period may be selected, regardless of its value.
10. Each customer may be selected more than once if they place multiple qualifying orders during the Promotion Period.
11. DIf your order is selected, you will receive store credit to the value of your qualifying order (net of VAT and delivery charges). The reward is store credit only – it is not available as a cash refund, bank transfer, or any other form of payment.
12. Store credit will be applied to your System Q account and may be used against any future order of products available from System Q.
13. Expiry: Store credit must be used within 30 days of the date it is applied to your account. After 30 days, unused credit will expire and cannot be reinstated.
14. Store credit is non-transferable. It can only be used by the account holder to whom it was issued.
15. If an order paid for (wholly or partly) with store credit is subsequently returned, the store credit element will be re-credited to your account with the original expiry date unchanged.
16. We will notify selected customers by email (or by telephone if no email address is held) within 14 days of their order being selected.
17. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotional pricing running at the same time. If your order already benefits from another promotion, it will not be eligible for selection under this promotion.
18. If you return or cancel all or part of a selected order, the store credit awarded will be reduced proportionally to reflect the items actually kept.
19. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (including your right to return faulty goods for a full refund) are not affected by this promotion.
20. We reserve the right to disqualify any customer who we reasonably believe is abusing the promotion, for example by placing artificially inflated or fraudulent orders.
21. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Any orders already selected prior to any change will be honoured under the original terms.
22. Our decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final. However, nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights or your right to make a complaint.
23. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
24. We will use your personal data only for the purposes of administering this promotion and communicating with you about your store credit, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
25. By placing an order during the Promotion Period, you agree to the use of your data for these purposes.
