Open Box Terms and Conditions

 

1. Definition of Open Box Products

Open Box products are items that have been returned by customers, tested, and verified to be in working condition. These products may show minor signs of use or handling and may not come with original packaging or accessories.


2. Warranty

All Open Box products come with a standard 1-year Return to Base (RTB) warranty. This warranty covers faults and defects that arise under normal use within one year from the date of purchase.

Return to Base (RTB) Warranty: If the product becomes faulty within the warranty period, it must be returned to our service centre for repair. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to the service centre, and we will cover the cost of returning the repaired item to the customer.


3. No Returns for Unwanted Purchases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for Open Box products if you change your mind or decide you do not want the product after purchase. All sales are final for Open Box items.


4. Condition of Products

Open Box products are sold "as seen." While all products are tested and confirmed to be in working condition, they may have minor cosmetic imperfections, such as scratches or signs of previous use.


5. Limitations and Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorised repairs.The warranty does not cover any accessories, software, or consumables that may be included with the product.


6. Process for Warranty Claims

If you need to make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:


1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to report the issue and receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
2. Prepare the Product: Ensure the product is securely packed for shipping. Include all components that were originally received.
3. Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

 

7. Repairs and Replacements

We will repair the faulty product within a reasonable time frame. If a repair is not possible, we may replace the product with an equivalent Open Box item.

If the product cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund of the purchase price.


8. Legal Rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws. The warranty provided is in addition to your legal rights.
