Ultra slim portable DVD/CD writer with power and connection cables plus 5V DC PSU.
External DVD writer and connection kit. Designed as a useful solution for DVRs/NVRs where the USB socket on the device does not provide enough power for the DVR writer.
The kit includes an ultra slim portable DVD/CD writer. Ideal for backing up footage from an Alien DVR, a USB power/data to mini USB lead, a USB extension lead, a USB to mini USB lead and a 5V DC USB PSU.
The kit works by connecting by connecting the red USB plug of the power/data lead to the 5V PSU and the black USB plug to the DVR/NVR. The power/data lead then combines the power input from the PSU and data from the DVR/NVR into a single mini USB for connecting to the DVD writer.
Features Windows 8 & Mac OS X compatibility, USB 2.0 & 3.0 compatibility, 8x DVD write speed & 24x CD write speed.
