Professional RapidFit RJ45 Crimp Tool

A heavier more robust tool than the TOO995, the Professional RapidFit Ratchet crimp tool has been designed for continued daily usage with longer moulded easy-grip handles to make light work of fitting RapidFit UTP and STP RJ45 plugs.

The Rapidfit Range is a great time-saving family of products for any IP CCTV or Network engineer as it can shave minutes off your day every time you fit an RJ45 connector.

It includes a full range of RJ45 plugs suitable for CAT5 and CAT6 that have a unique open ended design which has two huge benefits. Firstly it lets you push the cores straight through the plug. You no longer have to spend ages stripping and cutting each core to the correct length and hoping they make contact with the pins.

Secondly with the cores sticking out of the plug you can check to make sure they are all in the right order preventing mis-crimps. Another unique feature is the teeth on the pins inside the plug. When crimped these teeth pierce the insulation on each core and make contact with the copper inside.

OR if you are fitting RJ45 plugs day in day out we recommend the Professional tool (this one) which costs a little more but has a longer ergonomically designed handle that makes applying pressure a little easier on the hands and has an overall higher build quality.
