TVT Door Entry Camera - Deep Mounting Bracket + Sun/Rain Cover

The combination of deep base plus the rain and sun shield make the TD-YHZ0103 the preferred option when looking for ease of installation and camera performance.

Deep bases help disguise extra cabling and connections, resulting in a neat and professional finish. This is especially beneficial in environments where aesthetics are important.

As terminations are made at the camera in the deep base you only need to drill a hole big enough to feed the cable through. When powering the TVT doorbell camera via PoE you would only need to drill a 5 or 6mm hole. You can then terminate the cable on the exterior of the building and securely house the connections inside the deep base.

Sun and rain shields are highly recommended when installing doorbell cameras externally as they help protect against environmental conditions.

The shield prevents rain droplets on the lens obscuring the cameras vision. As it surrounds the doorbell it also adds an extra layer of ingress protection which could increase the lifespan of the camera too.

It also shades the lens against direct sunlight reducing glare ensuring the camera’s efficiency on sunny days.
